The terms on which we make this website available, and how the information on it should be treated.
Last updated: 14 August 2026
This website is operated by Wright Fuels Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 13959631, with its registered office at 192–194 Alder Road, Poole, England, BH12 4AX, and its laboratory and operating address at 51 Holton Road, Holton Heath, Poole, BH16 6LT. You can contact us at enquiries@wrightfuels.co.uk or on 01202 133 866.
These terms govern your use of this website. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. We may amend these terms at any time by updating this page, so please check it from time to time.
You may view, download and print pages from this site for your own use or for the internal use of your organisation in connection with considering or receiving our services. You must not use the site in any way that is unlawful, or that damages or interferes with it or with anyone else's use of it, and you must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to it or to any server or system connected to it.
The technical content on this site — descriptions of test methods, the parameters we measure, typical specification limits, treatment approaches and dose rates — is published as general guidance about the services we offer. It is written to help you understand what we do and to decide whether to talk to us. It is not a specification, a technical recommendation for your particular fuel, tank or equipment, or a substitute for testing.
Fuel condition varies from site to site and from tank to tank. The right course of action for a given tank depends on what testing actually shows is present. Nothing on this site should be relied on as advice about your own installation, and we accept no liability for any action taken on the basis of the general information published here without first obtaining specific advice from us.
Some pages describe products manufactured or supplied by third parties and link to information sheets and technical literature produced by those third parties. That literature is the manufacturer's own material, published as supplied. We are not responsible for its accuracy, completeness or currency, and it may be updated by the manufacturer without notice to us.
Treatment and dose rates vary with the condition of the fuel and the tank. We do not publish a dose rate for any product on this site; the appropriate strength is advised individually once we have checked a sample. If you are in any doubt about how a product should be used in your installation, contact us before dosing.
Any test result, analysis report or calibration certificate we issue relates only to the sample or item submitted, as received, at the time of testing. Results are not a guarantee of the condition of the wider contents of a tank or system, and fuel condition can change after sampling. Reports are issued for the use of the customer who commissioned them and should not be reproduced in part, or used out of context, without our agreement.
Nothing on this website is an offer to supply goods or services on any particular terms. Prices, turnaround times and scope are confirmed in a written quotation. Any work we carry out is supplied under our conditions of sale, which are provided with our quotation and which take precedence over anything stated on this site.
Submitting the enquiry form does not create a contract between us and does not oblige us to provide any service. We will use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry, as described in our Privacy Policy. Please do not send confidential or commercially sensitive information through the form.
All content on this site — text, images, diagrams, photographs, the report templates and the design of the site itself — is owned by us or used with permission, and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. Our name and logo are our trade marks. You may not copy, reproduce, republish or distribute any part of the site for commercial purposes without our prior written consent. Third-party product names and marks referred to on the site belong to their respective owners.
Where we link to a third-party website or document, we do so for information only. We have no control over the content of those sites and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss arising from your use of them.
We do not guarantee that this site will always be available or uninterrupted. We may suspend, withdraw or change all or any part of it without notice. We are not liable to you if the site is unavailable at any time or for any period.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Subject to that, we exclude all conditions, warranties and other terms that might otherwise be implied in relation to this website, and we will not be liable for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, loss of anticipated savings, or any indirect or consequential loss arising out of or in connection with the use of, or inability to use, this website or reliance on any content published on it. Our liability in connection with any services we supply is governed by our conditions of sale rather than by these terms.
If you are using this site as a consumer, these exclusions do not affect your statutory rights.
These terms and any dispute arising out of them or the use of this website are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
Questions about these terms should be sent to enquiries@wrightfuels.co.uk, or written to Wright Fuels Limited, 51 Holton Road, Holton Heath, Poole, BH16 6LT.
