Are your O.L.E fuel tank contents gauges delivering precise readings? We calibrate them so the level you're reading is the level you actually have — on site or off.
An O.L.E contents gauge is a hydrostatic system. A sealed pressure probe hangs near the bottom of the tank on a cable, wired back to a wall-mounted display unit. The probe does not read volume — it reads the pressure of the column of fuel sitting above it.
That pressure is converted into a depth, and the depth into litres using the dimensions of your particular tank. Accuracy is quoted at ±0.25% of tank capacity, and the unit can feed a building management system over a 4–20 mA or Modbus output.
So two separate things have to be right before the figure on the display is right: the sensor, and the tank profile it is being converted against. Calibration is how you confirm both.
Over time, wear, environmental factors and mechanical drift will pull the most dependable gauge away from the truth. Regular calibration keeps the reading honest.

Our certified technicians carry out a thorough calibration of your O.L.E fuel tank contents gauges.
We evaluate current performance and identify the discrepancies between what the gauge reports and what the tank actually holds.
Gauges are adjusted to meet manufacturer and regulatory standards, using dedicated calibration software.
Accuracy is verified across the full measurement range — not just at a single convenient point on the scale.
Specimen report. Figures are illustrative — every job produces one of these against your own tank.
Calibration is only worth doing if it is traceable. Every job produces a record of what was found, what was adjusted, and what the gauge reads across its range once we're finished.
